I had a nice stay at this hotel with a beautiful view of the harbor, and the decor in my room was lovely. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved, with some dirty blankets and pillows. The location is great for exploring Halong City, and having a supermarket and restaurants nearby was really convenient.
